WILDLIFE GARDEN

The owner wanted a pond in the place of a mature tree which had recently been removed. The pond was edged with turf, walling rock and pebbles to allow access to amphibians etc. The borders were tidied up using board edging, and new planting consisted of wildlife-friendly trees, perennials and grasses.
